Enjoy a day exploring vibrant tulip displays, entertainment and Dutch culture.
Experience the beauty of spring at the Tesselaar Tulip Festival in Silvan, where more than one million spring flowers burst into colour, including over half a million stunning tulips.
Spend the day exploring colourful garden displays, beautiful tulip fields and pockets of Dutch culture. Enjoy live entertainment, traditional Dutch performances, market stalls, games, historical exhibits and plenty of opportunities to take memorable photos among the blooms.
Take a ride on the wheelchair-friendly Tulip Tractor Train to learn about the property's history and flower-growing process. Guests with limited mobility and their carers can ride free.
There will be a wide range of food available to purchase, including authentic Dutch treats and other festival favourites. Visitors are also welcome to bring their own picnic lunch.
Don't miss the chance to see Australia's Largest Clog and take home a fresh bunch of tulips as a colourful reminder of your day.
There will be some walking involved. Participants who use a 4-wheel walker are encouraged to bring it along.
SAG local transport is available for participants in the Eltham and Montmorency areas only. Alternatively, participants can meet the group at healthAbility, 917 Main Road Eltham.
