
An instructor-led exercise group focusing on maintaining strength, coordination, balance and mobility.
Staying Active is an instructor-led exercise group which focuses on maintaining strength, coordination, balance and mobility. During the session participants will complete a variety of upper and lower body strengthening exercises, cardiovascular exercise and balance exercises.
Our Move Well exercise programs are run by exercise physiologists, physiotherapists and allied health assistants. You will need to have an assessment by an exercise physiologist or physiotherapist before starting one of our exercise programs.
Please note: Dates displayed are a guide. A group schedule will be provided to participants upon joining.
