Connect with others and learn about how to live well with diabetes.
If you’ve been living with diabetes long-term, have recently been diagnosed, or are pre-diabetic, we invite you to join our Diabetes Support Group!
These groups provide people living with diabetes a place to connect and support each other. People share how they manage their health, discuss problems, build relationships and learn from one another in a supportive environment.
This support group also provides the opportunity to learn about the latest in diabetes healthcare through guest speakers, including health professionals from healthAbility.
