
The falls prevention program is designed to reduce your risk of falls by improving balance and mobility.
The falls prevention program is designed for those who are at risk of falling or who have lost their confidence and have a fear of falling. The aim of the group is to learn strategies to improve balance and to build confidence when moving around.
Our Move Well exercise programs are run by exercise physiologists, physiotherapists and allied health assistants. You will need to have an assessment by an exercise physiologist or physiotherapist before starting one of our exercise programs.
Please note: Dates displayed are a guide. A group schedule will be provided to participants upon joining.
