Moving Together is a chair-based exercise program with a focus on building and maintaining strength and balance. This program may be suitable for you if you have issues with stability when standing up.
Our Move Well exercise programs are run by exercise physiologists, physiotherapists and allied health assistants. You will need to have an assessment by an exercise physiologist or physiotherapist before starting one of our exercise programs.
Please note: Dates displayed are a guide. A group schedule will be provided to participants upon joining.
