Socialise and relax with other carers over afternoon tea.

This group provides carers and the people they care for a welcoming place to gather, relax, socialise and share over a light afternoon tea.

Carers meet together with a caring and skilled facilitator whilst the people they care for join in fun social activities provided by qualified staff.

Activities include guest presentations, health and wellbeing tips, support services, self-care, and information on government services and supports, referral information, community organisations, services and much more.

Outings and bus tours may be planned with participants to help support connection to the community.
